BEST TIME TO GET PREGNANT

" The most effective time to have sex during                                            your Ovulation Time"

.Sperm can live for three to six days, but the egg is around for only 12 to 24 hours. To increase the likelihood of conception, it's important to have intercourse more than once around the time of ovulation. A good approach is to have sex one to two days before ovulation and again on the day you ovulate. That way, there's more likely to be a healthy supply of sperm waiting in the fallopian tube when an egg is released.

                            28 DAY CYCLE

SYMPTOMS & SIGNS OF OVULATION
  • light spotting.
  • Slight cramping or pain on one side of the pelvis.
  • Breast tenderness.

"You'll start to notice signs that you're fertile about five days before you ovulate.Ovulation usually occurs between 12 and 14 days before your period starts".If your periods are irregular, you'll need to be even more alert for other signs of ovulation"

"Early stage pregnancy the baby is called "embryo"

For most women, especially for those who are planning to get  pregnant, when their monthly menstrual cycle is late, they assume that she is pregnant. There are not any immediate, pregnancy symptoms during the first four weeks.

SIGNS

During the first four week, the fertilized egg moves down the fallopian tube and divides into more and more cells. It reaches the uterus about 3–4 days after fertilization. The dividing cells then form a ball that floats free in the uterus for about 2–3 days.

Pregnancy begins when the ball of cells attaches to the lining of the uterus. This is called implantation.

It usually starts about 6 days after fertilization and takes about 3–4 days to be complete. Pregnancy does not always occur. Up to half of all fertilized eggs pass out of women’s bodies during regular menstruation before implantation is complete.

    SYMPTOMS

By the end of pregnancy, the uterus has expanded from a woman’s pelvis to the bottom of her rib cage. Pregnancy symptoms in the tenth month largely depend on when the fetus drops down into lower part of the uterus in the pelvis.
Shortness of breath, heartburn, and constipation usually improve when the fetus drops. But the position of the fetus lower in the pelvis causes frequent urination and trouble holding urine.
The cervix will begin to open — dilate — to prepare for delivery. This may happen a few weeks before delivery, or it might start when a woman goes into labor. A woman may feel sharp pains in her vagina as the cervix dilates.
After the newborn is delivered, the placenta and other tissues also come out of the woman’s body. This is called the afterbirth.

    COMPLICATIONS OF PREGNANCY

    1.bleeding

Bleeding means different things throughout your pregnancy. “If you are bleeding heavily and have severe abdominal pain and menstrual-like cramps or feel like you are going to faint during first trimester, it could be a sign of an  Ectopic pregnancy, which occurs when the fertilized egg implants somewhere other than the uterus.Heavy bleeding with cramping could also be a sign of miscarriagein first or earlysecond trimester. By contrast, bleeding with abdominal pain in the third trimestermay indicate placental abruption, which occurs when the placenta separates from the uterine lining.

    2. severe nausea and vomiting

It's very common to have some nausea when you're pregnant. If it gets to be severe, that may be more serious.“If you can’t eat or drink anything, you run the risk of becoming dehydrated it can harm your baby.

    3. Contractions Early in the Third Trimester

But regular contractions are about 10 minutes apart or less and increase in intensity. If you're in your third trimester and think you're having contractions, call your doctor right away. If it is too early for the baby to be born, your doctor may be able to stop labor.

    4.Your Water Breaks

During pregnancy the enlarged uterus can cause pressure on your bladder too. So it could be urine leakage. sometimes water breaking is a dramatic gush of fluid, but other times it is more subtle. If you are not sure if it is urine versus a true rupture of the membrane, go to the bathroom and empty your bladder if the fluid continues, then you have broken your water.” Call your doctor or go to the hospital.

    5. A Persistent Severe Headache, Abdominal Pain, Visual Disturbances, and            Swelling During Your Third Trimester

This disorder is marked by high blood pressure and excess protein in your urine that typically occurs after the 20th week of pregnancy.
“Call your doctor right away and get your blood pressure tested

    7.Flu Symptoms

Important for pregnant women to get the flu vaccine since pregnant women are more likely to get sick and have serious complications from the flu than other women during flu season.
But if you do get the flu, "don’t rush into a hospital or doctor’s office where you can spread it to other pregnant women. "Call your doctor first."
